FAQ

What do I wear for business headshot session?

More people wear a darker colored jacket and light shit under.
Don't over or underdress for your market. Business casual for some industries is more appropriate than a full suit.
Women: can wear dresses or anything professional. The undershirt tends to look more current and clean if it has no collar.

I've never had headshots taken, will you help me?

We will help you every step of the way! I promise to make it a fun experience. My strength is getting people comfortable in front of the camera. I will support you and direct you through the entire process. I strongly suggest a branding/wardrobe add-on if you’ve never had headshots done before.

Do you offer a discount for group headshots?

Yes. We offer a discount for group headshots. The price vary based on your location, number of individuals, available space and any unique requirements. Please contact us for no obligation price estimate.

What your workflow looks like?

A well-executed project is more likely to be successful when planning and scheduling is done right. This is why we love to get together with our clients days or weeks before actual photoshoot, talk about our big day and cover all possible scenarios. We always try to capture images in the most proficient, timely manner without sacrificing end product quality. All images are professionally edited, processed and colour adjusted. Average turnaround time is between 2-3 business days.

Do you do corporate events?

Yes, we offer corporate event photo coverage along with optional headshot booths for trade shows or company get togethers.

If you have any specific question about film photography, don't hesitate to ask, we'll be more than happy to chat with you about it.

Where are you based and do you travel?

We are Toronto based but we love to travel! If you want us to photograph and assist with a project outside of GTA, sometimes this might require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, we always try to find the cheapest way to come to your location. Most travel expenses will be incorporated in your final cost estimate.

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link within 2-3 business days after the photoshoot (sometimes less). Client galleries will be available and active for 90 days. Photos from the gallery can be downloaded, shared and you can also order prints! Please note, printing fees are not included in your estimate. They can be ordered through our partner printing house and paid separately.

Basic retouching is provided with each package. All photos that are presented in your client gallery will be retouched. No RAW files are shown and do not leave the studio. RAW images are not for sale. If additional photo retouching is needed, requests can be submitted to us via email or over the phone. If extensive retouching is needed, there may be additional fees. The studio will determine if the retouching is extensive. If that is the case, there is a fee of $75.00 per hour for editing service.

How many pictures will we receive?

For event coverage, we hold no restrictions regarding the number of images you will receive. The same applies to commercial projects, we provide all captured photos, so you can decide how many you wish to keep. We always pick quality over quantity but rest assured, there will be more than enough photos to choose from.

We are pretty easy going, they are your photos and you can do with them what you please as long as its for personal use. In regards to posting them online, since we don’t watermark our images, I simply ask that you just credit us or tag us when possible so people know who took your amazing images! If you would like your images published in a blog or magazine, just let me know, I have a great relationship with a lot of magazine & blog editors. They usually prefer that the photographer submits the images.

Where will the headshot photoshoot take place?

We are very flexible. The photoshoots can be booked in one of the studios in downtown Toronto. For corporate clients, we will visit you at your business location and set up our portable portrait studio. It really all depends on your preference.
