Pricing & Packages

We offer wide range of photography services and customizable packages. Generally, project hours vary based on quantity and difficulty. When estimating your commercial (food & product) project, using 5-10 products per hour should be used as a baseline. For most corporate environmental portraits and headshot sessions, we photograph 5-6 individuals per hour. If you have specific requirements not covered on our price sheet, we will be more than happy to provide a custom estimate. Booking availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. All projects require a 50% retainer. Prices and services may change without notice.

Headshots, Portraits & Lifestyle

  • Professional Headshot – Starting @ $350 with 10-15 professionally edited images (Group rate available upon request)
  • Family, Lifestyle & Proposals – $300/hr (50+ professionally edited images)
  • Pre-Wedding & Engagements – $450/hr (90+ edited images)

Event Photography

Rate starts at $250/hr (minimum 2 hours of booking). Additional hour @ $200. Beside corporate events, we also cover christening and baptism ceremonies and private parties. All event packages include:

  • Unlimited number of high resolution images
  • Two photographers and/or assistant
  • Professional grade camera equipment and lighting setups
  • Professionally edited and post-processed photos
  • Private/shareable online gallery (image proofing, storage & downloads)
  • Turnaround 3-4 business days or less
  • Online or in-person consultation session

Discounted rates available for a full or multi-day events like conferences and trade shows. Please request a quote for more details.

Commercial Photography

Rate starts at $250/hr (minimum 4 hours of booking).

Our pricing varies based on your needs, starting from smaller elopement-style celebrations to full-day packages.

  • Our basic (documentary style) package begins at $1,700.
  • Half-day (4 hours) coverage starts at $2,500
  • Full-day (8 hours) $3,500 - $6,500

What your workflow looks like?

A well-executed project is more likely to be successful when planning and scheduling is done right. This is why we love to get together with our clients days or weeks before actual photoshoot, talk about our big day and cover all possible scenarios. We always try to capture images in the most proficient, timely manner without sacrificing end product quality. All images are professionally edited, processed and colour adjusted. Average turnaround time is between 2-3 business days.

Where are you based and do you travel?

We are Toronto based but we love to travel! If you want us to photograph and assist with a project outside of GTA, sometimes this might require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, we always try to find the cheapest way to come to your location. Most travel expenses will be incorporated in your final cost estimate.

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link within 2-3 business days after the photoshoot (sometimes less). Client galleries will be available and active for 30 days. Photos from the gallery can be downloaded, shared and you can also order prints! Please note, printing fees are not included in your estimate. They can be ordered through our partner printing house and paid separately.

Do you edit my photos?

Basic retouching is provided with each package. All photos that are presented in your client gallery will be retouched. No RAW files are shown and do not leave the studio and are not for sale. If additional photo retouching is needed, requests can be submitted to us via email. If extensive retouching is needed, there may be additional fees. The studio will determine if the retouching is extensive. If that is the case, there is a fee of $75.00 per hour for editing service.

How many pictures will we receive?

We hold no restrictions regarding the number of images you will receive. For commercial projects, we provide all captured photos, so you can decide how many you wish to keep. For headshots and corporate portrait sessions, we produce on average 3-5 final high resolution fully edited images per person. We always pick quality over quantity but rest assured, there will be more than enough photos to choose from.

How do you photograph weddings?

We love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. We'll send you a guide to help you organizing your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lights... and it's really exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invits...! On your wedding day, all we want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. That's why I decided to photograph non-traditional and laid-back wedding.

How bookings work?

Booking availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, the retainer fee is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment date and time. In regular sessions, your retainer fee is 50% of the package price. This is a non-refundable fee, but may be transferred to another session within 60 days. The remaining balance is due on the session date. All cancellations must be made 48hrs in advance of your session date and either called or emailed to the studio. Cancellations made within 48hrs forfeit your retainer fee.
